Measurement of Quality of Nursing Practice in Congenital Cardiac Care
The purpose of the Phase I study was to assess the current state of measurements of the quality of pediatric cardiovascular nursing in freestanding children’s hospitals across the United States. A qualitative descriptive design was used to learn the current state of measurements of pediatric cardiovascular nursing care (structure, process, and outcome measurements).
